This simple design of the Danish architect Primus is just as exciting and unusual contemporary homes. In 75m2, modern timber clad house on the coast of Zealand in Denmark, Cram all the good things in a deceivingly small. “The main objective is to add space and light of the experience,” says the architect. Plan of this small house has two bedrooms, with special attention to the placement of public and private spaces for the two generations of the family lives here. The rectangular house is lined with oak, with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that blur the boundaries between interior and exterior – another important goal in this simple design. “Skyboxes” or skylights are included throughout the home to a sense of space, light and air in each room. But its purpose is also a sustainable environment house – besides, of course, that illuminates the interior, skylights naturally ventilate the house through the chimney effect.
