The plot includes also an elegant garden, a small lake and a pádel track. This house measures 1,600 square meters built surface. This house is taking advantages from its surrounding environment. Like many other A-cero’s works, this Concrete House II has ecological aspects in its design. The Concrete House II’s walls and vegetable ramps that extend up to the roof hide the building, it seems like this vegetation area climbs toward the sky. This Concrete House II’s exterior is covered with hard concrete and low consume vegetation that looks awesome.
The lounge, dining room, library, study room, and bedrooms are located at the back front of the house, they are designed in an open concept toward the garden. Wide windows, the volume set, and the projections made of concrete covet the several house’s porches. This house interior is well decorated and also well furnished in a modern style. A renewable energy system made of wide surfaces with solar tubular collectors is implemented to this concrete House’s roof. It allows the energy autonomy of the house.
