Great Modern Layout of House/Residence by Chen + Suchart Studio

This residence is came with great modern design with a bit of an industrial feel. Phoenix based Chen + Suchart Studio designed this home in Tempe, Arizona. This modern residence is in covers in black steel beams and an elegant wooden facade made this residence looks charms on every angle , the custom house also manages to “bury” a small pool where you can hide from the hot sun. As you can see from the next picture, there were also swimming pool designed to create kind of landscape.
