Large Terrace in Contemporary House Design

It is a contemporary house design completed with a comfy terrace. This contemporary house measures about 3000 square feet interior area and 3500 square feet terrace area. This contemporary house design called St Burn Residence. It is located on high peninsula of St Barthelemy, France. This house is the project of architect Barnes Coy Architects collaborates with Charless Sferrazza in 2007. They also collaborate with Lynne Grossman as the interior designer and Xavier David EURL as the builder. This contemporary house offers 270 degree views from south through the west and north side. The whole interior designs look so bright because most rooms are covered with large glass panels. In order to give the wonderful view of surrounding, the living room is designed in open style from north to the south area. The owners also can have privacy because the bedrooms are located behind the wall toward south east. To make a gorgeous look, the exterior wall is completed with Pennsylvania Limestone. It is a wonderful house.
