Simple and Easy DIY Herb Pots

Fresh food ingredients are the best for human health. If you have wide backyard, you do not need pots to grow many herb plants. If you live in apartment or small house where there is no open space, you can utilize several small pots to grow herb plants. Terracotta pots are usually chosen to grow plants. If terracotta pots look too boring, you can paint it by applying chalkboard paint like the one on the pictures below. In order to transform terracotta pots into nice and artistic pots, you will need pots, craft paint, chalkboard paint, tape and herb plants seed.
First of all, you will need to paint the pots. Chalkboard paint should be applied to the bottom part of the pots. As for the upper part of the pots, do not forget to apply the tape around it before you apply chalkboard paint in the bottom part of pots. Do not forget to dry it under sunlight so it will be dried completely. After the paint dries, you can remove the tape that cover the upper of the pots and decorate it by using craft paint.
